Six courses in three days is tough going but you made it interactive and enjoyable, using a range of training skills, techniques and experience alongside humour, to convey the messages. The workbooks provided are great and provide a wealth of photo copiable resources which can be used over again within an organisation.
I am going to highly recommend future courses to my contacts and look forward to more of the same. |
