You will receive a full course handbook in PDF formar and a year's membership of the Practical Fundraising Association as part of the course, giving a range of practical hints and tips each week (www.practicalfundraising.com)
The course is a full day course and participants will experience exercises that will challenge and inspire them to produce effective results for their cause in this area. It is suitable for all causes, from the smallest to the largest, and for those of different experience in this field, as the exercises will challenge and develop even an established legacy fundraiser in some areas.

Cancellation Terms
|
|
All cancellations have the option of full course notes and telephone chat on key issues. Cancellation 2 months or more prior to an event, 50% is due for payment. Cancellation 1-2 months prior to an event, 75% is due for payment. Cancellation under 1 month prior to an event, 100% is due for payment. If invoices have already been paid, the balance is issued in the form of a credit note towards future courses.
In the event Company Solutions need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as trainer illness or natural disaster, a rescheduled course will be offered. If this is not convenient, a voucher will be issued for exchange for any course or courses of comparable value in the 12 months following the cancelled course, or towards any other Company Solutions service such as mentoring, bespoke training, etc.
