I thought the course was excellently structured providing useful opportunities for networking, sharing and boucing ideas. I was particularly impressed by the overall service, especially the quality of food. I returned to my desk full of enthusiasm and creativity and just by implementing a few of the ideas I picked up I have already seen the results.
