Rob spent almost 30 years in the voluntary community sector in a variety of roles including – charity governance, project management, building management, grant scheme management, project development, business & strategic planning and workforce development. With a particular passion for workforce development, Rob has developed and delivered and a range of accredited and non-accredited training packages for the voluntary, statutory and private sectors. Rob is also the proprietor of two businesses, NU YU Plus & NU YU Community.
