The course was excellent and I felt it was the best course I had been on in quite some time. The majority of the courses I attend, I feel as though my time is being wasted, either because the information wasn't relevant or because the tutor took so long to deliver something that could have been delivered in a fraction of the time. Also, the cost of the course was fantastic and I felt I got real value for money. You spoke at my level and at my pace and I left feeling I had really benefited from the day. And of course, having the day in lovely York just finished it off!

This special new course for 2009 will focus on ways for fundraisers and causes to survive and prosper in a recession.
Course Content

In this course, we will look at:

 

What fundraising is not affected and can be strengthened

Preventing and slowing decline in areas that are affected

Keeping loyalty where others fail

Tips and hints for all fundraisers and managers in charities

There will be opportunities for you to discuss and ask questions about any current area of fundraising and receive practical tips and hints to help you in this economic climate.

 

You will receive a full course handbook and a year's membership of the Practical Fundraising Association as part of the course, giving a range of practical hints and tips each week (www.practicalfundraising.com)

 
The course costs £59 plus VAT i.e. £67.85 inclusive.
